Called ahead and arrived when I said I would. Wanted stylist to cut (first time) fringe bangs on my little girl just above the eyebrows. I even SHOWED her. She trimmed nice the first time, then as I was walking around my little one, she grabbed her bangs and CHOPPED them an inch from her hair line!! I'm pissed. Guess what? I'm announcing this to my neighborhood fb page. Get your shop under control!!! You will lose a lot of business.

Just like any other franchise, you have to make sure you're clear with what you want, the stylists can't read minds. Communication when entering could be better, but I have come here so often I know what to expect. You come in they acknowledge you, then you wait for the people in front of you to be done. Sometimes they will say how long your wait is, sometimes not.

This location is pretty good. Sometimes they can be super packed and you have to wait even if you book online. But for the price it's worth it and they do a decent job. I think thru definitely care more than great clips

Completely disrespectful of your time.  Made an appointment and waited 30 minutes for her to put someone else in front of me.  We are done.

We have had two bad experiences with this shop. My wife received a terrible haircut that required two visits to other salons to repair. She would not consider returning. The stylist was inexperienced. 

I wanted to get a simple men's haircut but their computer system is horrible. The website said there was no wait but I went an made an appointment anyway. When I got there 5 minutes before my appointment, the shop was jammed. The stylist wouldn't allow me to talk to her about the appointment. She told me to sit down and wait my turn. I just wanted to know how long my wait would be.
