This store is consistently understaffed and slow to service. I had to wait for 45 minutes today, with only one person in front of me, before I had to leave for work without getting a haircut. When I tried to schedule ahead for layer in the day, they wouldn't let me schedule more than an hour in advance. Will not return.

I received a coupon in the mail for $5 off to this specific location.  I went today to get a cut at 10:50am.  There was only one person working.  She was shampooing someone, had one guy who was waiting.  She told me to have a seat that my wait would be 25 to 30 min.  I asked her if she was the only one there.  Her reply was "Yes, the other person is out to lunch".  My opinion is that if you're going to have a sale going on, you should have an ample amount of people working, especially during/close to the lunch hour when many go in for a cut.  Lunch at 10:50am??   Needless to say, I didn't stick around to use my coupon and, more than likely, won't go back.
