I went in on Saturday and my normal stylist of nearly 3 years was not working. I feel that I should be able to go to any stylist at that location and feel confident enough that I will not be leaving with bald spots. During my haircut with the new stylist, she never once had me turned toward the mirror, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and did not ask why my back was turned away form the mirror until she was almost finished. She did the total opposite if what I asked her to do. I had nearly no hair left for the other girl to fix. Needless to say, I left with bald spots along the side, the back on my neck was not cleaned up. I called Supercuts once I got home after I saw the damage. I was assured that I would be receiving a call The NEXT DAY from the store manager who happens to be my normal stylist. Here I am 3 days later, I have not heard from ANYONE, not even after calling the 800 number to complain. I made sure to leave my correct number with the girl who attempted to fix my hair. Sadly, I refuse to return to Supercuts after being a client for nearly 3 years at this location and over 10 years overall. I will make sure to tell as many people as I can about my experience. I do not know how the stylist who mangled my hair even got her license. If this is the kind of employee that Supercuts trusts to cut their customers hair, I do not want to be a client any longer.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I got my hair cut here last week, and it looked terrible. The ends were so blunt and choppy, and the layers were messed up. I had to go somewhere to get it fixed. Sadly, I won't be going here again.

The hairstylist are always friendly and if you manage to become a regular the conversation will brighten your day. It's like your best friends cutting your hair, but they know what they are doing.

I started going to this place about a year ago and I have only seen Ashley. She does just amazing work and takes her time! I don't ever feel like it's an inconvenience for her to do my hair and I am always changing the color of it. So it takes a lot her time. The staff is always friendly there and the prices are fantastic. I love that I can come in and there isn't much of a wait time. I also have Ashley cut my little one's hair and she is so patient with him and the end results always turn out amazing. I am beyond glad that I can go to someone like Ashley and not have second thoughts about my hair!

Last Friday, I came in on a "walk-in" bases and they took me right in with a smile, unlike Regis down the street, who told me it would be over an hour wait time with one customer and two hair dressers in the place. Anyway, Britney did an awesome job on my hair. I have natural curly hair and I sat down, told her exactly what I wanted, and she did it perfectly and quick too! I will definitely go back to see Britney. Thanks!!!
