Please do not go if you value your hair and yourself at all. I went here after work to get a trim and to dye some blonde streaks in my hair back tomy natural color. I got 5 inches cut off of my hair and now my hair is florescent amber with patchy blonde spots everywhere and black. Please STAY AWAY from here. Going to Studio Z salon to fix their mess once all the chemicals she put in my hair are gone.

Depends on a specific stylist of course. But from my experience from couple of times, they were quite below average. I am flexible with someone messing up my hair, but it was a different issue today. I realized that today my stylist did not print out the receipt, meaning she probably kept the whole amount. I was the last customer before closing

Horrendous waited for an hour and a half and left without a haircut, was told it was a half hour wait. So I decided to wait for the half hour thinking okay. They get through the queue and I should be next but a man who has a reservation comes in. No problem I think its only fair since he reserved. However, one of the workers finished giving a haircut and disappears into the back for twenty minutes. When she comes back out two more people that had reservations had come in they couldn't take me next. I understand that maybe she could have had a break, but you should inform me then because I have already waited for a lot longer than I was told. Also I just wanted a buzz cut I can't imagine it would have taken all that long, but I guess I underestimated the intelligence level of the workers here. Absolute trash service no consideration for the customer don't go or you will wait for two hours to not get a haircut.

Very few people are good stylist here. Either they are too much on rush or they don't listen to what you say. Had a haircut from Lindsey yesterday evening. Told her so many times to not cut the top back part of hair, it takes a long time to grow, ahe still did regardless. Don't use your mind lady, (I know you have lot of styling skills) just do as the customer says. Pathetic. So pissed.
