You guys just lost a customer.  I’m going else where 

Asani or whatever her name is took 45 minutes to do my haircut.  Ima a guy and asked for a 2 on the sides and finger length on top.... 45 minutes it took. She even asked for help on how to blend my sides with the top.... 

That’s is a basic basic BASIC thing to do... how does she have a license and why would you hire someone like that???   I’ll go to a real professional place from now one, you guys are a joke

So I walked in, no one was at the desk, then a girl walked up and was really rude while asking me for my name. The girl who cut my hair was really polite but had a really creepy personality. Decent cut though.

I've been getting my hair cut here for about 3 years now. I'm very comfortable with the staff here and would recommend this place to anyone.

Worst hair cut of my life, the stylist was rude, cut off six inches when I asked for a HALF inch to be cut, then decided to THIN out my hair. Now when I put my hair in a pony tail a chunk of hair that is 4 inches just lays there. Its like a two year old gave me a hair cut. What was suppose to be a $15 hair cut was a $40 one. Never going back. Going in today to complain

My sister came to the salon via referral. Let me start with the stylist was super nice and others were pleasant as well 
Now to the service - bottom line, my sister's hair was not cut to her satisfaction. The stylist didn't give her the style she asked for - soft nape area trim and sideburns lightly trimmed. 
The stylist accidentally cut a finger's width chunk out of her side burn. The nape area was also a mess. 
When cashed out she was given a child's discount instead of not being charged.  Finally, after asking for the manager and showing them other poor reviews online, she was refunded her money.
