After telling several people about my poor experience here, I figured I should write a review. My son, who at the time was about 15 months, needed a haircut BAD! I called ahead and asked if they could accommodate a toddler, since it's not the easiest of tasks. The woman on the other end of the line was a little condescending when she responded, stating that "as long as he will sit still". I replied that he "sits still" about as well as any other toddler (mind you, the girl he typically goes to was booked out. He does fantastic in her chair, despite there being no difference). We got there early, there were three chairs, only one occupied and no one waiting in line. Off to a good start. So she insists on having him sit by himself, fine. So we get him set up there, and she starts to trim. Ironically she is telling me a story about how she trims her own sons' hair and has since he was a toddler as well. My son starts wiggling and squirming (which is why I typically sit with him on my lap). That's when she starts to get visibly irritated. After a few of the usual distractions I typically use to keep him sitting still, I notice her rolling her eyes. 15 minutes after walking through the door, and half way through the trim, she says "that's as good as it's going to get". I paid the full price for a half trim--one that had to be fixed by an emergency appointment to his normal hairdresser. Never again will I take any more of my money in there to waste on someone who has "done this for years with my own" that clearly doesn't have any patience.

Did not ask for layers. We agreed "one inch" and I walked out with 4 inches off the back and a stack of layers that will take months to grow out. Was also treated very rudely despite my best efforts to be cordial and clear--- will never go back.

This place is awesome! The girls that work here are so friendly and nice. Beautiful haircuts and color. The go to place!

Whenever I come in the service is wonderful. I always get my hair cut or colored by Samantha and I've always left loving my hairstyle.

Sam gave me such a great haircut! Went in for a haircut and beard trim, she is now the only person I let cut my hair. I highly recommend her.
