This was my second visit. My first experience was great. The second experience was a disaster. I ended up with a chopped haircut. I'm not looking for the perfect haircut. Today I am going out to find someone who can clean up the uneven and chopped look in the back of my head. The person who cut my hair did not introduce herself and was relieved that I was not requesting a haircut that touched my ears which in her own words was "...that is a very difficult to do....". When I sat down in the chair I asked her if they sold a light textured gel. I was shown two I chose one of the two and when I got home discovered it was neither of the two I was shown. The two samples I was shown while in the chair were white and the one she sold me was clear. When I got home I noticed there was no seal on the cap and it appeared that at least 25% of the contents was missing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. The owner lives in California and when I called to speak to a Manager I was told she wouldn't be in until Thursday. So who really oversees that everyone gets a quality cut? If you're looking for a cheap cut and the luck of draw when it comes to a stylist this is the place for you. From my experience, if you find a good stylist at Supercuts make sure you ask for that person the next time you go in. I found such a person in another location and should have taken the time to call in advance and ask if she was in. Find a salon or barbershop that is owned locally don't send your hard earned dollars to an investor living three thousand miles away. Since the visit I referred to above I went back in May 2017. From time I walked in the door and sat in a service chair, had my hair cut and paid a total of five minutes elapsed. The cutter said all the other cutters were amazed at her speed. The haircut again was terrible. I called back asked to speak to manager. None was available. I went back and asked to speak to manager but she was not there but well aware the record seting haircut time. STAY AWAY.

I never feel rushed when I go to Supercuts. All the hairdressers are very friendly and were happy to help me decide exactly what hair cut I wanted. I will definitely be back once my bangs inevitably grow too long again.
