Staff is always nice. It is a super cuts so it can be a crapshoot if you are going to get a very good haircut or just an ok one. I have never gotten a bad haircut here, I just count it as a bonus if it comes out really good. There is usually a wait so I recommend calling or using the app to put your name in.

Absolutely horrible. I’ve gone to this location a couple times for a simple haircut and never had any problems. My last time I got a haircut with layers and some highlights done. It turns out the girl who did my hair (I believe her name is Taylor) is still in school for styling which I’m not surprised about considering my hair cut was completely uneven and the highlights were literal streaks in my hair which I told her I was afraid of happening! She tried then talking me into buying Paul Mitchell color preserve shampoo and conditioner for an extra $20-30 when all I did when I got home was instantly washed the hell out of my hair to get rid of her disgusting color job. I understand super cuts is a lower end hair salon, but don’t have people coloring hair who are still in school and can’t even give an even hair cut.

Place loves to tell you only a 15min wait but ends up being a hour. Been waiting so long I'm surprised they have not asked me for rent.

I asked the lady to cut my hair the way it was in a picture (thats the way another lady who worked there had cut it and i loved it). I get african american hair is a bit harder to do but she completely messed up the line I asked for even after I told her how I wanted it to look by drawing the line with my finger through my hair. If I ever go there again Im making an appointment for the girl I had originally. Overall it's a nice place but for everyone with ethic hair i'd go somewhere else.

Super friendly, but so long Danielle! Had a perfect haircut the previous time (I'm no Mads Mikkelsen, but I just like a haircut that doesn't look I'm fresh out of dork school for a few days). The next time the customer service was perfect, but remember that nice old lady they caught drawing on a religious fresco? I'm no religious fresco, more like a thoughtful doodle, but that.
