I went for a root touch up. The stylist Jessica  said she wanted to go slightly darker to even it out. I agreed but I never saw a swatch for the actual color. I left there with black touch up the blended all the way to half my head. It looked terrible. That week I tried washing it out as much as I could but it looked the same. I went back the 17 and i received the color on the 11. The manager Laura  was not there so I received a call from her the 18 in the morning. No apology and no money back. I explained what happened and said I was not happy with the service and I did go to another salon and spend more money to get it fixed. All I was told is that I should of returned and fixed it there. But I didn’t want to risk getting it ruined more. When I did go to the salon the 17 I spoke to Kat she did notice that my hair was corrected to my usual hairdo. I’ve into the salon several times and have gotten my hair colored cut and styled. So most of the stylist were aware of the type of look i usually have. This was not it. Now i expected for the problem to be corrected but I was just told that I should of just gone back and fixed it there. Also that I agreed with the swatch of color which I did not. I never looked at it. I just agreed with it to be a little darker but not black. Darker would if been a brown. Black is a big difference. Thank you for your time.

Kristin is the best hair stylist i have experienced in all my years of having my hair done. i came in on saturday night with gross hair and she transformed it and made it beautiful and silky. i have gotten more compliments on the blowout she did for me than i have ever before. she was so sweet and professional and took her time to make me feel like a priority. i will definitely be coming back. if you care about your hair i strongly recommend everyone to go see her. she will transform your hair like never before. thanks so much kristin!

Rosy is an amazing hairstylist!  Both my wife and I got the best haircuts we ever had (at any price)!  Rosy always goes above and beyond.  My wife loved this giant brush Rosy used on her hair.  We looked everywhere but couldn't find it.  Rosy ordered it online for her through a specialty beauty supplier and even showed her how to use it...

Best. Hair. Experience. EVER!! My stylist was Kat and she made me feel very comfortable since this was my first time at Supercuts.. I don’t like trying new places especially since I’m so picky about my hair. She made my experience so special, that I will DEFINITELY be coming back to her!!

Me and my girlfriend make a trip out to Chicago about once a month or 2 months and every trip consist of making sure we stop by this Super cuts so she can get her Hair done by Asia! She is probably the best stylist to ever cut hair. Asia's work is amazing! At the end of the cut she makes sure my girlfriend leaves with the best hair products to ensure she will maintain healthy hair! Asia and this Supercuts is the reason why we drive from Michigan to Elgin!
