It seems like every time I go there is always a problem here. Whether it's only one person working with a line of people waiting or the only 2 stylists working are both dying hair. Why isn't there an appointment system for dying hair? I've tried going the past two days and both times the ladies tell me there's going to be a long wait because they have to finish dyeing hair with at least 3 other people waiting to get cuts. Why isn't 1 dyeing hair and the other doing the cuts? I've gone to other locations and I don't run into this problem, always this location. It's very inconvenient and it's not a  proper way to run a business.

My son is 7 and hates getting his hair cut. The stylist was great though. She made it more fun for him and he loves his new haircut.

This shop isn't quite what it used to be during its grand opening, each time I go for a cut there only seems to be one older lady on staff whom I have to instruct and remind step by step to trim around the ears, square in the back, and left sideburns uneven..basic fundamentals for a regular men's cut. I was excited to see a super cuts reopen in this lot, but I'd rather drive a little further to the one in uptown Whittier for a stylist more in tuned with their profession

Donnie is the one who cut my hair. He was really nice and so was the other dude there with him. Even though donnie is still learning he did a really good job and thats who im gonna ask for next time i go.
