Completely screwed up my sons haircut I said a trim and she chopped off my sons hair it was also uneven . I don't understand what was the point of asking me what I wanted when this woman was gonna do whats she wanted. I didn't get her name but she was an older woman with dyed red hair . please do not spend your hard earned money here will be disappointed.

I received a haircut from a lady named Viola a few months back and it was a terrible haircut and I vowed never to go back again however I was on a time crunch needed to get a haircut so I decided to give it one more try and for a second time a terrible haircut by Viola. I wanted something very simple and all I got was excuse after excuse of why she can't do what I asked which was a simple can you cut it short without using clippers. After a continuous attitude it was one of those where you know what we're done I'll just go get it fixed somewhere else. Lesson learned when you vow to never to go to a place because of bad service stick to it because there's a reason you didn't want to go back. And I'm basically giving this one star because I don't have an option to give it zero.
