The Philippine woman was very rude, not honest and bully. 
I checked in online with my friend. As we walked in, there were two people waiting. One of the worker said that there were two people head of us. When they were done with the two people head of us, one worker called my friend. So, I should be the next. While I am waiting my turn, two more people walked in. They should after me. However, this black worker came from his lunch break called one of the guy customers came after me. I wonder about my turn. Then, this Philippino woman worker called the other guy came after me. So, I asked her what happened to my turn. She said “it’s the system!”  I said to her, I should be the next. She checked the system and realized that I was skipped. She said “Oh, it’s the black guy who made the mistake. I didn’t make the mistake.”  Then, she started to give a haircut to her customer. 

This is really bad. The Philippino lady lied and tried to bully me that it was the system issues. Even after she realized that I was skipped by his colleague’s mistake, she didn’t bother solve the problem by taking me. Instead she kept arguing and went on with her customer.  Bad service and rude. She needs to be trained!!!!

Very bad experience. They really need to work on the customer service here.

So some of these low star reviews are probably spot on, for the people who took the time to write them.  I went to this location after reading the reviews on PLEY,  for the 1st time about 8 weeks ago. Went back 3-4 weeks later and need to go back soon. My first experience was with Karbe (or Karmee?. .  Gosh I suck and he is going to give me side I when I go I'm next) but he set the positive tone and great h/c experience. His pleasant attitude and awesome haircut with a hard line.   It was great.   His co-workers were nice and appreciated that I was there for a specific cut and set me with the right guy !! Thanks
