I needed my hair dyed last second so I went to Supercuts. I have never written a single review but my experience here was so awful it led me to do so. I asked for a simple single color. Took the lady 3 hours to do who also happened to be the shift manager.(Yes I have long hair, but it takes my cousin A PROFESSIONAL HAIRDRESSER an hour to do) She left hair filled with dye dangling on top of my face. I had hair dye all over my cheek forehead and eyelashes. To get the dye off my forehead she literally squirted the solution on my face rather than wetting a towel and rubbing it off. The solution of course streamed down my face and into my eyes causing them to burn and itch. I was trying hard not to cry because it was making them burn even more. I had never been in so much pain. I had to wash my eyes out myself over their sink which was hard to do since I couldn't open my eyes. After everything I went through I didn't get a penny taken off my bill. I didn't want to write this review at all because I don't believe in bashing a business but at the same time I wish I read an honest review like this before experiencing this excruciating service. I wish I remembered the lady's name so I could refer everyone to go to someone other than her. There may be some good hair dressers there but this one needs to go back to school or find another profession. So my final advice, Supercuts is not a place to go to get your hair professionally dyed.

Every time I go here, I end up screaming my way home. Supercuts is nothing more than a place to get your hair cut shorter. That's it. If you're looking for a specific style, you better know how to guide them through it. And I understand that I have to communicate what I want to the "stylist," but common, they should have some knowledge of styling hair- face shapes, lengths, etc. Yet, never have I had any input or suggestions from the people here. Don't get me wrong, the employees are all very nice, polite, professional, respectable, etc. I've never had a negative experience. Additionally, I will admit that half of this butcher of a haircut was my fault. But for me personally, I can't take the stress of this place anymore. Overall, if I could bundle this rant all into one sentence, it would be this: You get what you pay for.
