The last two times I have tried bringing my 4 year old son here for a haircut, both times you could not check-in using the app, so I drive over. Again waited over an hour and never got seen, so I gave up. Mind you, when I checked in, neither time did they give a warning about how long it would be, never again.

I value my time, so when I walked in, only saw 2 people, and was not warned of a long wait, I figured it would be 15-20 minutes. When it hit an hour and a family with 4 kids, who came in after me, was getting seen first I knew it would be another hour before my son got seen. Any company that so willingly wastes my time does not deserve my patronage, and shall not get money from me.

Called before I went in and was told they could accommodate me in 30 minutes.  Arrived 20 minutes later and was told I would be next.  Watched two other people being served before me, one came in after me.  I walked out after telling the hostess that she told me that I was next and two other people were taken before me.  Her response was sorry, Simone had just arrived and could take care of me.  I guess the three people standing around back there were just visiting.  Won’t go back.

Really poor customer service. The last time I received a hair cut, walk-in customers that did not call ahead were taken before and I had been waiting an hour. Last time I went in, I asked how long the wait was and when it didn’t line up with what I had for a schedule that day, the employee rudely told me to call ahead next time. Had it not been a last minute idea, I would have done so. I’ll never go back.

This is our go to place but not any more. Took my teenage daughter there, called ahead and they asked if she wanted a shampoo as well, she told them yes. Got there and had to wait 15 mins even though 2 stylists were just standing there talking. Stylist took my daughter back and asked what she wanted and began cutting, no washing. Haircut was good....then she kept going!! By the time she was done my daughter's hair looked like a horrible bowl cut and she sat in the car in tears! Our family of 5 will not be back.
