I got a mediocre haircut and a bad attitude. I'm going to have to go somewhere else to get my cut evened out and cleaned up. The worse part is, when I asked the stylist to even up some areas she got mad and said she knew would be a problem when I walked in the door. I'm definitely calling corporate about the horrible customer service!

I had shoulder surgery & couldn't do my own hair. I think I've used every stylist in there & they have all done my hair, be it natural , be it blown out, or braided. I've been very happy. They also have a great moisture treatment.

It was a nightmare to get my hair foiled/highlighted at this Supercuts near Riverside drive.  My scalp burned during the first step, and then when the toner was put on I could not take the burning. They rinsed it off, then reapplied it and it did not burn the second time.   But when they were done my hair was yellow.  I was incredible upset, and during the blow dry I got out of the chair to leave ASAP.  I asked how much I owed and they said nothing.  

I have a trip to see my mom and old friends this weekend.  I feel embarrassed and frankly tormented by this shop.  The stylist was named Iesha (spelling?).  She is African American, but I am not prejudice in any way.  It was humiliating, and I will never go back there.

Iesha also told me about a young women who was getting her hair colored for her wedding day at this shop, and her hair fried off.  She said it was the girl's fault.  I should have high-tailed it out of this Supercuts after hearing this story!    

I would never, and I mean NEVER go to the Supercuts near Riverside in the same shopping center as Kohls.
