I am not picky about how my hair gets cut because I usually I'm just looking for a trim, so I've gone to this Supercuts many times. I've never had the same stylist and have been satisfied every time... until recently. On my last visit, a young man pretended to cut my hair. Even though I said I'd like at least an inch off, he advised me only to take 1/4 of an inch (what a joke) and when I asked for "long" layers, he said he didn't know what that meant even though I've never had a problem with past stylists. By the end, he refused to do the layers because the person before cut my layers the wronh direction (whatever). Being non-confrontational, I still paid and really wished I hadn't. I never caught his name, but don't let the skinny, somewhat bald guy cut your hair (should've known better than to trust a bald guy with a haircut). I learned to schedule an appointment with my favorite stylist there, Linda. I always want Linda. She really knows hair and listens. If you go, ask for Linda! Because of her, this review makes it to 3 stars.

Charged me for 3 haircuts when I only had 2 done. The staff sucks! Mean to my 4 years old daughter 😡

I actually never have received a haircut from this location, but I have come in to get a haircut several times, and each time they were busy and understaffed. It also seems like they deliberately go super slow in order to weed waiting customers out, so they leave. I think they like their regulars, and don't welcome new comers....BAD BUSINESS!!!
