Walked in to get a cut. One employee working with her back to the door. No acknowledgement I was there. I figured it was the hair dryer keeping her from hearing me so I went and sat down in her line of sight. 10 minutes later I left, still unacknowledged. Came back 20 minutes later and she was still futzing with the same client. Didn't even bother to go in. Won't be back

I called to in inquire about haircuts for Locks of Love. The woman who answered the phone said they do participate and would cut the hair but I would send off. I then asked "how much?" even though I knew those haircuts are free. She said $14.95. I brought it to her attention and she said " I don't know about that". I asked "Is there a mgr. that would know". She told me she was the manager.
