I had called ahead and set an appointment. There was a little bit of wait time when I got there but I wasn't in a rush so it really wasn't an issue. When it was finally my time to get my hair washed and cut, Melissa was super nice and friendly. And when I told her I was cutting off all my hair she seemed to perk up even more. She did a great job, I love it. Will totally be back to see her.

Called ahead for a 4:30 PM appointment. Showed up exactly on time. Had 30 minutes to spend. At 4:50 they told me it was my turn, then for some reason they told me it wasn't my turn yet  without any explanation. Rude and inexcusable I am definitely not coming back!

Place is dirty the manager Melissa smells like marijuana and ruined my wife's hair she cant do hair staff is rude and smoke cigarettes outside should be close down it's gross don't recommend and will spread the word

Its busy at times..if you dont have patience to wait then call ahead. Great staff and haircuts!
