My normal hair place was closed, and my window was short, so I headed into Supercuts. The experience was average. The folks working there were very friendly. I was told that there was a half hour wait, but only waited about 15 min. My daughter was first, she just got a trim; quick and easy. My hair is already very short, but also very thin and thinning. It was quick, but I don't leave entirely happy (not unhappy, just not entirely happy). The price was reasonable, but about 25% more than I usually pay, and I'm usually happy. So overall not a negative experience, but I wasn't wowwed either.

I called them to ask if they were still takeing walk ins and the girl who answered the phone said yes..I told her I would be there in 10 min and she said that was fine. I showed up and they said there were done takeing walk ins. I reminded her that I had just called but she still turned me down ....I'm never coming to this location again..not friendly ..not professional

Don't ever go here specifically this one because you show them a particular haircut and it ends up looking NOTHING like it!!

I just came in to take care of my split ends. The woman was friendly and talked to me like any hairdresser would, I just wish she would have told me how much I would've had to pay. I paid 17 for a trim and I'm used to paying more when I come in to get something done but this didn't even include a wash / blow dry.
