It is well known that supercuts is not the best place to get a haircut. But this specific location is by far the worst. Staff have no clue on how to do the job; they should do something different for living, because it is clear that they can't perform a good simple hair cut. The worst experience for customers. Zero rating if possible.

Very professional! The hair cut was amazing and the haircut was spot on with what I requested. The price was very reasonable. The salon was clean and the staff was prompt.

I hate leaving bad reviews so much, I have never been able to drag myself to do it, even when my experience was very poor. But I am forcing myself to, so no one else will have to go through my experience. I just moved to the area and was looking for a new place to cut my hair. Terrible mistake. I have a really short haircut and for years have gone to supercuts or great clips. It's an easy cut to maintain, so I have never had a bad haircut. The first bad haircut of my life was here, and I'm almost 30! This Supercuts is way below the standards of other Supercuts I have been to, both in appearance and service. The stylist didn't seem to care at all and seemed mad to have to do her job. I am very low maintenance and have pretty low expectations as far as my hair is concerned, but the service I received was even below my standards. She didn't do what I asked for, trim it short enough. I was disgusted enough with my experience that I didn't make a fuss that it was still too long, so I could leave. I thought I was just going to have to get another haircut sooner than I'd like, because it wasn't cut short enough. It was even worse than that. The haircut was choppy, nothing was blended with weird lines where layers met, and all the texturing was gone. After getting home and seeing what she had done to the back, which was the worst part, I had to run to sports clips to get it fixed to not be embarrassed at work the next day. The staff at Sports Clips was friendly and saved the day. It looks so good now, even though it's shorter than normal. They will be my hair place here from now on!

I started going to Supercuts maybe 5 years ago. A lady named Jennifer was there and she always did exactly what I asked. After she left, a girl named Tameka would do it and she was really good. She had natural hair which was great because I have long natural hair. I was told yesterday, April 21, she had left a couple of years ago. That made since because the last time I was there, another lady did it and that was 2015. I don't get my ends trimmed regularly due to me being natural so when I was there yesterday, I told her to cut as much as she needed. First, I don't think the black lady wanted to deal with my "natural" hair since she openly discussed with her client that she doesn't recommend people going natural. Anyway, the short, white lady with a maroon Bob cut my hair. Most people don't cut hair going straight across and that's it! I'm used to them grabbing sections and lifting those sections and trimming. My hair was straight and very easy to manage. My name is on the sign in book for April 21 and I wish I could post a pic today April 22 so yall can see my ends which still looks like I need another inch cut! I told her to cut as much as needed! When I looked at it, I was so disgusted, I just wanted to leave. Definitely, didn't want her or the other lady to touch my hair again! Never going back so the black lady who doesn't like natural hair doesn't have to worry about this hair and the other lady's don't either! WHERES JENNIFER!?!?!?

for me it happens to be the best place i have been able to find. i went to other places where they usually charge $20+ and i always end up dissatisfied. for a guy haircut they charged me 15$ and the haircut was not bad.
