I would give it 0 stars but that option isn't available. Given that the haircut I received was about 1/4 the price of what I normally spend, I would temper my review based upon cost vs quality. What is truly perplexing is that there was no queue of waiting customers when I sat in the chair, yet the stylist took her electric shaver and proceeded to trim my hair on all sides in about a minute or two, and then hand trimmed with sissors for perhaps another 2 minutes. There was no focus on quality and she finished the entire haircut in under 5 minutes. Results? From a quality perspective, there was no effort to create a great overall job and my hair looks no different as if I had done it myself with home clippers. Areas of thinning / receding hair that I cautioned her to leave fuller were shaved short and the front hair that she hand trimmed looks pretty bad. I would have gladly paid twice as much to get a professional cut, rather than spend $15 on what amounts to the worse professional haircut I've ever experienced. If you are considering SuperCuts for anyone other than a child, pass and consider a professional haircut or go buy one of those home trimmers and save the $15.

Got a terrible cut, had to ask her to stop, she kept trying to fix it and I was terrified it was getting worse. She cut in on my face frame, and had a bizzare manner of cutting the face frame where she dragged the hair across my face and cut it on the opposite side. Guess I'll be growing my hair out for a while.
