Went in for a haircut, and was told that I would have to wait 35 to 40 minutes because they had some Call ahead  customers that would probably be showing up. I was fine with that, and sat down to wait. After waiting 40 minutes,  and having them wait on several other customers (  which I expected ) two more people showed up that were call a heads, which would have put my  wait time at over an hour by the time they were done with them. They should've been more honest about the number of call Ahead customers they had.  I ended up walking out at the 40 minute mark because I didn't know how long I would be there if I kept waiting.

Always a pleasure coming here. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. So much so that you may want to call ahead of time to avoid any lengthy wait times.

I was able to set an online appointment easily.  I was assisted right away.  I really liked the palmade recommended to me by the stylist.  I would recommend using the website to make an appointment.

I've been going here for over 10 years and have rarely left unsatisfied. They have very talented staff. Joycee and Tracy are my go to gals, the other staff also have their own regulars. High quality. You will not be disappointed.
