This is the second time we have used Home Depot/Superior to do floors in our home. Satisfied customer! Each time they always arrive within the window they gave us a few days in advance. The 2 installers were so polite and professional. They made a deliberate effort to be quiet while passing through the main level because our 8 month old was napping. They even apologized upon leaving for some of the loud noises they made. They worked quickly and did a fantastic job on our basement stairs and entire basement. Thanks Superior! We love our flooring!

ZERO stars, this review page forced me to post a rating. They came twice to install our carpert. 1st time without the proper docs to install in a high rise (you would think they know better), 2nd time the "guy" walked in at 11am saw they had to move furniture, which was agreed to upfront, walked out literally in a "huff" citing "we don't move furniture". I guess it was too close to his lunch break. We have been waiting for the install, not just for the carpet to arrive, for over 3 weeks living in a total mess due to all the packing we had done in preparation. I would NEVER recommend them.  Totally irresponsible, horrible customer service and I wish I can express what I really felt about them here. SHAME on Home Depot!!

UPDATE: They told us they were coming out on Friday the 23rd of Feb. We called to make sure all was set and they had not scheduled it, citing the building elevator was not available, when indeed it was.  The building was waiting for them even had them scheduled. We ended up another weekend with furniture and boxed piled high in the living room until Monday.  Soooo UNACCEPTABLE on so many levels!!

We had them install carpet in our two bedrooms and on our stair way.  Scheduling was a breeze.  They finished the install in a few hours.  We noticed that there were a few things that we weren’t happy with.  I sent them an email and a representative came out that next morning to fix the issues.  Very happy with the work now and all their extra effort to make sure we were completely satisfied was outstanding.  5 stars!

Had my floors done and the looked good. They completely botched my quarter round and sent a guy named Wes who was just a horrible human. Now it looks terrible there are gaps and slices and they refuse to fix it. Basically they are just a bad company.  No matter what kind of deal you getting through Home Depot you are better off having someone else instal it.

We ordered carpet from the Home Depot for our basement. The carpet is top of the line and I wanted a perfect installation.  Superior  Corp sent two of their best employees because our carpet was installed to perfection!!! The installers took their time, were extremely polite and asked us many questions to ensure they installed our carpet exactly the way we wanted them to.  I was EXTREMELY HAPPY with their work.  This is an EXCELLENT company to represent Home Depot. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!
