They cant use the goverments resources to send your summons to the right address which is pitifully hilarious. Then they cant even give the public defender the right case documents so I spent 3 hours today for nothing to be done! Delayed a month. This system they use is a utter joke

I have found if you do your homework and have your paperwork ready to go, there are no issues.  If you go in with a lot of legal type questions, they cannot answer them, because they are not allowed to.  Dig into the resources on the website and you will be fine.

The clerks at this court are absolutely no help and are rude. They expect people to know everything they are talking about. When you are trying to get help from the conciliation court they do not help you find the dead beat dad or even try. I have been dealing with a court case for child support for almost two years now and have not gotten anywhere with this court. Absolute inconvenience with every experience.

This court system is horrible.  They don't care about the best interest of the kids, as much as they do the best interest of the parents.  I have spent thousands of dollars going back and forward to court with my children's dad, who continuously doesn't follow the court order, but he expects me to follow the parts that I am supposed too.  The court only wants money, wants you to pay for each modification, and won't really listen to your complaint even if you have attorney.  There are things that I have to do financially just because he pays a little child support.  I have been dealing with this stupid court system for ten years.  If I could I would just take my kids dad off child support and ask for his parental rights to be revoked.
