Called to get some info on my case. I got yelled at by DONNA in the family law department. I needed my records and she laughed at me and told me to ask my attorney. I have tried to get ahold of him for a month so this was my last resort. She said "he's not answering? That's not my fault. You're the one who hired him!! Hahahaha" 
THEN after making fun of me she told me to send in a dollar and a photo ID to get my records she didn't give me any further instructions just kept yelling.  What a horrible person. She should be fired.
