I'm a very easy going guy but the bakery/meat department nearly made a karen out of me. My wife and I stood there as "next" customers as we were passed up time and time again and when we would point out that we were in fact next, instead of helping us, they "went to get someone to help us." That person then proceeded to help, not us, but the person behind us. Asked to speak to the manager. Her explanation was to simply point to anywhere I wasn't and say, "its because they're use to helping people who are over there." I was directly in front of the counter, as were several of the people who were helped instead of me.
Why do people shop here? It’s very expensive, and I mean $5.49 for a basic chipotle mayonnaise expensive the produce is of a poor quality, the red grapes were soft and were not fresh at all. In addition to being expensive and poor quality the store lighting is so bright it’s blinding. The store makes target look cheap. Shop elsewhere!

Looking much better than before in the neatness and sanitation department. The meat dept. Can use more customer service experience with butchers giving or cutting a steak or giving the exact of pieces of any meat. I worked at LUCKY'S and people love that about the butchers. Prices are decent been going to SUPERIOR GROCERS for over a decade and it's just missing smiling staff helpfulness. Greetings and come back again. This store location is super clean and organized. The produce section is impeccable, I didn't see old rotting fruits or veggies. The employees here are very nice and helpful. They disinfect after each customer and there's someone by the door ready with cleaning products. There's plenty of parking outside. They have a bakery and hot foods department. Ive been a customer here for many years. I feel like they should put certain times, online to make electricity bill or gas bills. Cutomers can make payments here . I see this all the time . Some people dont have enough time to make the payments especially seniors. I feel like they should. Dont waste people times. I like the service but please fix it.
The customer service was good, and employees were nice. Only this is that some of the vegetables looked as if they were ready to expire and they didn't have much of it either. Price could vary on some items. What I did like and I was surprised to find was the Jack Daniel's flavored punch! I had to buy it. Employees practiced good social distancing and wore a mask the whole time.
Great place to purchase groceries and some household needs; like disposable paper products, trash bags, brooms & bathroom needs. Friendly cashiers, clerks and clean over all. Restrooms available to paying customers. Prices are typical on items sold. Also, has a bill pay center.
