Excellent. Owner was very professional. My girlfriend and I traveled to Atlantic City in November 2022. The ride was nothing short of comfortable,pleasant & the atmosphere was great. The seats were nice and roomy. The bus driver was extremely phenomenal, very pleasant and made the trip very enjoyable. He drove safely. I will definitely ride Superior Tours again to other destinations as well. Great organization.
My Red hat group used Superior Tours for our trips to New York and Pennsylvania. The staff provided 5- Star service and was always quick to respond to questions or any concerns. The drivers are very courteous, helpful and definitely professional. My group members are always happy when we travel with Superior Tours. Superior Tours provided the transportation for my wedding. It was an all around amazing experience. Marc was great to work with - extremely responsive and accommodating. We had pick up locations in Harbor East and Owings Mills, a ceremony venue, and reception venue, and three drop off locations at the end of the night, and it all went perfectly. Most of our guests were from out of town, so the transportation made it incredibly easy for them to relax and enjoy the day. Huge thank you!
I can't say enough wonderful things about Superior Tours. From the first phone call for a quote, until the bus dropped us off safely back at our original location, we received EXCELLENT service. The staff and driver were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The bus was clean and state of the art. This is my bus company of choice for ALL my future field trips!
Jeff and Angie at Superior Tours did an excellent job. This family owned business handled everything and all we had to do is show up. The team was very responsive and answered all my questions. When I needed a last minute extra ticket Jeff's mom was on the phone with Sight and Sound working a miracle. The bus was clean and the driver Andre was wonderful. I used Superior Tours for the transportation at my wedding and was thrilled with the service I received! Their team was super easy to work with throughout the planning process, accommodating to our needs, punctual on the night of the wedding, and overall wonderful. Their buses are also beautiful. Highly recommend!
In almost aspects of the process, Superior was just that, Superior! From the very beginning, they worked hard to get my business and their customer service was great throughout. I work for a meeting planner, so have worked with many bus companies and Superior was the best I have worked with in a long time. My only complaint, and I will say that it may have been from an email glitch that we discovered between me and the sales rep, I didn't get the names and numbers of our drivers until the morning of their arrival, and I had to call the dispatcher to get those, but he gave them to me willingly. The drivers were professional and polite and when we asked for additional buses the day before we needed them, we were given the same price as the ones we already had with no fuss, no muss. They could have really gouged us, but they didn't. We will be using Superior the next time we host a conference in Baltimore and the surrounding areas.
From my initial phone interview with the owner of Superior Tours, Marc Komins – we knew we found the perfect company to provide safe & luxurious transportation for our wedding guests to/from our wedding venue. During the struggling times of the initial COVID-19 wave – Marc made us feel like his transportation services and inventory were as safe, efficient & accommodating to adhere beyond the standard safety regulations during the tumultuous year of 2020. Marc always kept in contact, answering emails immediately and providing his personal number whenever we had any concerns, questions or updates to provide. Marc always felt on our side, providing honest answers and strategic game plans to approaching the amount of buses needed, realistic waiting times before and after the ceremony - and assuring deposit requirements and refund considerations. The coach buses Superior tours provide are top of the line, our guests commented on wishing the ride could have been longer due to their comfort, safety and care aboard the trip to and from the hotel. We cannot recommend superior tours more to anyone desiring luxury, safety, competitive prices & personal service for their guests being transported to their wedding ceremonies & receptions. Thank you Mr. Komins for your stellar service - your care towards the safety of all of our guests will never be forgotten.
I really enjoyed the trip to New York to see the Rockettes Christmas Spectacular. The Superior Tours staff are amazing! The office manager is accommodating and patient. Our guide was a wealth of information, friendly and very helpful. The driver’s exceptional driving skills got us through busy NYC traffic and home safely. I am looking forward to taking more trips with them!
Marc is wonderful to deal with. My wedding guests were well treated. Highly recommend.
