DISGUSTED!!! Do not book your group with this company. My mother was apart of a tour group that booked in advanced with Superior Tours. When she inquired as to why she wasn't placed on the same bus with the rest of the tour group (she and one other person were the only ones who had been placed on a separate bus) she was disregarded and made to wait outside the bus in the dark for over 30 mins while they decided whether they could be bothered to accommodate her. There was no apology for the snafu which was clearly the company's fault. In fact she was treated with disdain!! If you value quality and customer service stay FAR AWAY from this company!!!!

Went on the trip to NY to Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island. It was a wonderful experience. The bus was new and very comfortable and our driver and hostess were funny and very personable. Would go on another trip

On June 24, 2016, our church sponsored a bus trip for our youth from Baltimore, MD, to Kings Dominion Amusement Park in Ashland, VA. The Motor Coach operator Mr. Sean Farrar, was one of the best Motor Coach professionals we have every encountered in my many years of acquiring transportation resources for various trips. He was absolutely fantastic! Professional, courteous, safety driven and people driven, as well as FUNNY and humorous in his personal character. He made our trip that much more enjoyable, not only getting us there and back safely, but also his high level of professionalism moved me to write a review in appreciation of your excellent service and for sending him our way to service us the way he did. Mr. Farrar is an EXCELLENT representation of your agency, as well as the industry as a whole. We hope and plan to do business with you again in the very near future! I attended a wedding Saturday night and Superior Tours provided shuttle service from the hotel to the venue. The busses were beautiful and the driver was prompt and courteous. I would absolutely use them if I ever need a bus company.
