Great prices for fresh foods, mangoes, bananas, papayas, pineapples, avocados from Mexico, meat counter for pork and steaks, the restaurant in the back is amazing and inexpensive, carnitas tacos were delicious, definitely grab some fresh baked desserts on your way out, absolutely loved it

The restaurant in the back is an unspoken secret of the citizens of the area, but man is it fantastic. If you're looking for quick, cheap and authentic Mexican food: look no further. And enjoy only spending $5-ish on a burrito as big as your arm.

As a grocery store it's also pretty fantastic. Between here and Hoang-Anh across the street, you'll find pretty much any imports you could hope to find. The staff are efficient and friendly and will make you feel welcome no matter who you are. 

If you want to try out some new ingredients or a tasty unfamiliar snack, definitely swing by Monarca!

Their restaurant is a hidden gem in the back corner of the store. Love their carnita's taco special on weekends , the elotes is very good also.

The restaurant in the back, is amazing. Friendly and quick service. And the food taste and quality is just as good. Every time I'm in town I go here.
