Upon check in I see that they are remodeling I asked if it was loud during the day because I would be working nights.  they said no it's extremely quiet. So first night at work and I come home and it's loud, didn't get any sleep. This place is so dirty. White stains on bed skirt, throw up on curtains, floors do not look they have been vacuumed, couch is full of stains, bed is lumpy and uncomfortable. Front desk haven't been rude but they do play rap music and watch movies so that's what you hear and see when you first walk in.

It was horrible we got 2 rooms microwave n phone didnt work no towels ice machine broke room smell had to go to walmart to get towels n sheets to lay on n got house spray nothing to step on when you got in the tub it look like they had just pull have of it up n left the rest we had to use a towel. This hotel deserve half a star

Rooms pretty but dirty smh.. toilet had cigarrello guts in it.. bed was wrinkly like someone had been there... Their management needs to be punished obviously they dont check behind their housekeepers and don't give a damn cause obviously!

I'm having a hard time giving it 1 star. It was 1 in the morning and exhausted from driving so I decided to stay there. 5 mins later I'm running out leaving half of my stuff in the room due to how many roaches where in there.. Blood splattered on the walls. Yellow tub with stains and it smelled like urine. Hair everywhere. Roaches running under the bed and roaches just hanging out in the bathroom. Pillows with stains of urine and blood and only God knows what else. 5 mins after checking in I'm in the lobby asking for a refund and the clerk was too busy to help me because she was eating her pig feet. They denied me a refund and the clerk was very ignorant and ghetto. I asked to speak to the manager thinking someone more professional would help me and I was wrong. 2 peas from the same pot. They didn't give me a refund and said they couldn't help me so I called the Police and made a report. The Cop inform me that what was I thinking staying there. That place is known for being disgusting, sale of drugs, and prostitution. He walked in the room to see my experience and he couldn't believe how filthy it was. He decided to speak to the manager to see if something could be resolved but the manager never gave in. The manager didn't even want to give me half of my money back. So I ended up in the street heart broken and tired without a room and robbed. Nothing to show for those $80 but a police report. I also have proof and pictures of everything and I will be posting soon so that everyone can see. I will be taking this into Civil Court and I will be calling the better business bureau and state health department and report it. I will not rest till something is done!

Bad desk service! When entering,had reservations, she ask what i need! Imagine that when you are wore out working,and very tired! Get in my room and shower is plumb nasty!never again, and i live on the hotel motel racket! Guess what 7pm and no water, curtians  donot close! Wth!
