I worked with Kevin Bailey first at the Home & Garden Show and then went into the showroom to complete my purchase.  This will be the first hot tub I've owned and he was fantastic at answering all of my questions and getting me set up for delivery.  I also appreciated that they will hold the unit for me for 90 days to give me time to prepare my site for it.  Great to work with.  Looking forward to having my hot tub delivered soon.

Great shopping experience with Rob and Kevin. Rob even stayed late when I walked in 10 minutes before closing on my first visit to the showroom. Kevin explained things well during the sales process. Rob took a personal interest in explaining and handling the delivery and install process. Nolan communicated details while in route to install.  Seems like Ray has a great team.

I have waited 7 months to write this review and decided that everything considered, it has been a smooth ride with this Supreme Pool and Spa of Lincoln. The spa is a great quality and easy to use daily spa.  The delivery and installation crew worked hard to give a quality installation and to make me  knowledgeable and happy with every detail. They are only a phone call away from any type of service or questions I may have.  Will continue to business with them for a long time, very pleased.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! Kevin was very helpful in helping me make my first hot tub purchase. Nolan and John delivered my hot tub in the freezing cold and snow and still took their time to show me how everything on the hot tub worked. A few weeks in, I had trouble with the chemicals and took in a water sample to be tested. Shawn was very helpful in explaining what I needed to do to adjust the chemicals in my hot tub. I'm very pleased with my experience at Supreme Spa and would recommend them to anyone looking to make a spa purchase.

We really like working with these guys.  they seem knowledgeable and are always very friendly.  Never do we feel like we are being "sold."  They are not pushy, but very helpful in answering questions.  Thank you Kevin for all your hard work!!  You have been amazing to work with!!
