Its been too long since your professional staff and account mangers saved my parents. My regular 'guy' couldn't help w/ shower and toilets that where leaking (both baths) for up to 3 days now. A friend recommend your company and from here on- Surety Plumbing will definitely be our #1 call to make! The kindness shown to my folks explaining as they went was wonderful. 00 to snake out a main drain when a few months ago it was 65.00 when it was surety plumbing.  Shop around el paso don't let these people rip you off!!!!-

If I could give a lesser star I would. I have use this business for many years, since the change of owners. Service has been horrible. I agree with the last three, prices have gone up from 69.00 to 109.00. They make you wait, they tell you,  they will be there at a certain time and they don't show up, then you call and they give you another set time and again you're waiting. You ask why so long, they are booked, short-handed. ( this waiting time has happen all in one month 🙁)Then they try to assume what your problem is over the phone. They are so unorganized and they try to blame their workers when they don't get their stuff together, this is why they have a high turn over rate on employees. I'm sorry I have been patient long enough. It's very sad that I will be taking my business somewhere else, even if I have a major problem. I strongly feel you as a customer will be better off finding business with another plumbing company. Save yourself the time of waiting all day and the next day for service to be done. I apologize to the plumbers, for a low rating, Thank you for your services and hard work.
