If i could i would give it negative stars. The dispatch lady was very rude. I was quoted 6 mins the driver never came but said he waited for me and I never came out. She told me he was asking her for an apt number. I never told her an apt. Besides why would he be asking her instead of her calling me to get it from me? Then she goes "well u can call another cab!" With an attitude in her voice. Lady in dispatch I was the one waiting outside not you. Rude.

Charged $40 for a 15 minute ride. “Ten dollars each.” There was four of us. Cash only. Seemed shady and very pricey ,but we needed a ride and we did get there eventually.

Great service. Nice clean cars. Our travel to Newark Airport was perfect. Better prices than Uber.

I made the mistake of using Surf Taxi instead of Uber at my friend's recommendation.  I had Uber up on my phone and the price for the ride home was $22.  "Don't bother with Uber.  Let's get a taxi, they're right here."  So we got in and headed home.  The driver didn't tell us the price until we were more than half way there and it was $58.  WTF???  NEVER AGAIN!!!
