I would give this a 5 for quality.  But my one issue is that they allow people to stay in the drying stalls for 25 minutes,  even while people wait or leave.  And the loud music rule isn't followed either.  Beside those 2 things,  this place is pretty good.  They will wash your car twice if the first pass wasn't sufficient.  They sell pass cards for a month of washes which speeds me through.  And the machines seem to be pretty gentle on the car.  Ive tried tipping the prewash guys,  but i stopped after getting sprayed in the face a few times.  Good car wash,  good pricing!

If I need a quick wash to get the surface dirt or dust off my older vehicles, this place is decent. If you start to see Swirls on your paint or have bugs or need a good clean. Go to Shell on Willow and Nees. A hand wash is way better than these brushes.  Also, sometimes the tracks will jump your vehicle off the tracks and damage your car. It happened to me and luckily I have tire insurance. They implied that I turned the wheel on purpose and that this has never happened here ever. It's happened to me before and I was able to correct it before it went off the tracks. A few other times I was there, I have seen the wash line stop and 3 guys would run into the wash and a few minutes later the line starts again. Just be aware when you go through this car wash. Don't get caught off guard looking at your phone when your steering wheel suddenly turns hard left and it's too late.

Car never gets fully dried and soap never rinses off all the way. Vacuums are great, music is good. Weekends tend to be busy.

Great Car Wash gets the job done. They provide dash wipes, trash bags, coffee and vacuums. I do miss the free newspapers.

Great place, they watched me pull out of it into the vacuum stalls but an employee brought it to my attention that there was still a significant amount of bugs on the grill after a long road trip and took is back through the wash.
