They delivered an oxygen machine to my mother's home and there was not an adult there to learn the instructions. They called and said that someone would come out that evening to teach us, no one came. By morning the temporary tank that my mom had come home with was empty, I called again, they said someone would come out... no one came. This company should not be in business!!!!! They are responsible for people's health and obviously cannot keep up with the demand so they should NOT be allowed to have the responsibility. I will also contact the better business bureau.

Wonderful customer service, friendly staff, and prompt delivery.  I am very happy with the wheelchair I received for my aunt.  The staff was very helpful and friendly. The delivery person was friendly and explained everything I needed to know about the wheelchair, which I have never used before. I would highly recommend this company.

They say they sent out your stuff but they really didn't. Had to hound them. Terrible service
