Called and left messages but no call back. They never answer the phone as I called numerous times. Was interested in a car but will definately buy elsewhere. I can just imagine what there after purchase service is like.

Martin was extremely helpful in finding the right car for me and did everything he told me he would. Made it a very easy process as he guided us throughout. He was very good with the advice given and made the overall experience enjoyable. A welcoming atmosphere at Surgenor Gatineau.

Had a great easy transaction at Surgenor for our new truck. Our sales guy Manuel was great and answered all our questions even after hours 

Would definetly recommend Surgenor to anyone.

An absolutely awesome experience at the collision centre. Had to take in my car to repair not-at-fault damage to my trunk and rear light. The manager in the collision centre humoured me by allowing me to practice my French and was very nice. I dropped off the car Monday afternoon and got it back Wednesday afternoon, so very quick repair time (and in the time estimated). Also, I notified them that I had a slow leak in one of my tires. Not only did they put a plug in it for free, but they cleaned the interior and exterior of my (VERY) messy car. It was such a nice surprise. I am very glad that they are a preferred garage of my insurance company. Would definitely, definitely go back.
