Great customer service, excellent work. Surner installed a new radiator system in an old farmhouse after a house freeze, and did an amazing job. Professional, on time, responsive to my questions, and under budget! I had used the company for the last ten years for maintenance and oil service but this blew all of my expectations out of the water. For ongoing work, I have never been disappointed. Emergency service is prompt and reasonable for the few times I had to use it. Prices are fair and I love that the company is locally owned and operated. And finally - Bruce is a really nice guy! Highly recommend.

This is one of the oldest oil companies in the Amherst area. Their oil prices are not the lowest, but are on par with others in the area. The best aspect of doing business with them is the emergency service offered. We had a couple of times when the heat went off in cold weather. They responded within an hour even though it was after hours.
