The gentleman on the phone was so pleasant and accommodating. I called at 10 am and the most amazing arrangement was delivered by lunch time! It's such a pleasure doing business with a shop that has such excellent customer service. I highly recommend Surroundings Floral Studio.

Excellent work, very easy to work with. Beautiful, fresh, and quality flowers. Surroundings provided the flowers for my daughters wedding.  We couldn't have been more please.  It was more than we expected. 
I totally recommend them.

We were recommended here by our friend.  Met with the designer, who was very professional and gentle matter.  We connected several times with him throughout the planning phases and he was very patience and accommodating with us.  On the big day, the flowers were absolutely beautiful.  From the large arrangements that framed our ceremony to the details of the wreath on the bannister and the floating candle creations, the artistry of every floral piece was very striking.  Everything was how we had envisioned it.  The best part was how our guest kept raving about the "beautiful creations."  Thank you for making our wedding magical and we are forever grateful.

Wonderful floral arrangement.  My girlfriend was having a difficult time adjusting to the gloomy Albany winter.  She grew up in sunny Southern California.  Surroundings was near her apartment.  I called them up and asked if they can send her cheerful floral arrangement.  I forwarded them a rough internet picture of some springtime flowers and asked if they could duplicate it and deliver it to her in person.  They did an amazing job!  Even called her to make sure her she was home for the in person delivery.  The arrangements turned out a lot better than the picture I had sent them.  Couldn't be happier.  Will use them again.
