Been a happy happy customer at multiple locations for a very long time. Any time I come to visit Orlando I must go have Sus Hi as many times as humanly possible. The deep fried rolls and the bowls are always yummy. It’s nice that they keep expanding too as many locations to choose from.
Tried the pork egg rolls with the sweet and spicy sauce & the deep fried Su Shi Roll. It may look very intimidating but it is absolutely delicious. Packed with flavor and the perfect crunch. Even with the sauce on top the sushi was still so crisp upon delivery. This is my second time eating from this location I think it’s safe to say delivering great quality food is a standard here. Also I washed this down with a delicious drink new to me the Peach Ramune. It went perfectly with everything
Me and my partner loved eating here when it first opened. After the first time we tried Sus Hi Eatstation, we came at least 3x a month but now we are very disappointed and wanting to forget about returning anymore. I just had to come back to the store to get a replacement order because they put a wrong sauce on top and forgot the other I requested originally. After coming back to the store for a replacement bowl, I am now missing lettuce and was told the new guy put my missing sauce under the rice. Which makes no sense because there are two options of putting sauces on top or on the side of the bowl so it's a very poor excuse on where my missing sauce option is. Not to mention in the past we've had burritos not fried when paid for on multiple occasions to the point where we can't trust just taking our food to go. Unfortunately after this experience this location has lost some loyal costumers.
I love this place. Seriously the best food, good service, and clean. The whole ordering off a screen thing is awkward but I get it..it’s just how it goes. But I could eat this every day no problem.
Ordered 3 make your own burritos and it was the most disappointing experience. $20 each and barely any proteins, all rice. Will never order from here again.

Omg Link I knew I was craving sushi and since I was in the area working out. I thought I’d give Sus Hi a try. When I walked in and Link greeted me, I am immediately thought this is an overly happy associate that is going to annoy me. However, I was pleasantly surprised that Link just wanted to show me how the restaurant works and guide me through step-by-step on the best way to order and how to customize my craving while getting the best experience at the restaurant. I decided to dine in after thinking I just eat in my car. When I mentioned that my food was delicious and that I was sad that I was 30 from my home, he immediately asked where I came from. I mentioned that I live towards East Orlando at which point he said there is a location at Lake Nona. I have driven past that location countless times, however, the location with lack of parking made it unappealing. The food is delicious and now I know that it’s nearby. However, I can’t say that I’ll go there instead of driving here to get a great experience and customer service. Kudos to Link the traveling manager and the staff that made my amazing lunch. Dietary restrictions: Gastrointestinal issues. I currently require small, low carb, not fried foods
The food is great. I live super close and forgot why I don't come here but now I remember. the ordering situation is miserable. I walk in on a Monday evening and there's nobody in line. The workers stand there while I submit the order on the tablets right in front of them. It takes an eternity to submit if you want to build your own bowl. Then, I wait and write this review while waiting for them to make my food. A 15 minute process that could be 3. Understandable if there is a line but it makes no sense of nobody is there and the workers should be able to take my order if they are available.
The food was fresh and very tasty. That was my 1st time and I am positive I will be back. The customer service was exceptional the gentleman that worked treated it like they were the owners. The care about each customer that came in!!!Food: 5/5
Great place for a quick bite! There are so many options to choose from and varieties. This place has been a favorite of mine for years!
