Really rude and won't work with you. I was coming from out of town and that was the only possible time I could visit to look at properties and they were not willing to work with me. I had even sent in my application and was told that I was going to be able to look at properties but when it came down to the properties that I wanted to see they told me that one of them was a disaster, but the following days of going on their website, the property was still on their site. I had talked with Jack and Daytona, both were really rude and seemed like they didn't want to deal with me or hear what I had to say. I went with Mr. Lassen Properties and they were more helpful and worked with my schedule. Definitely recommend going to them instead of here. Susanville Real Estate is the worst. If I could give no stars I would.

Can't say anything cuz I was threatened with a slander suit for stating the truth/facts. I hope that helps with the idea of how thier characters are. And not with 1 eployee but with all of the employees.
