I had the all-you-can-eat sushi. It was pretty good. I would say the food was mid level quality, but it was good for the price - total $16.74 with tax. I would also like to note that although there are many sushi restaurants in the Jackson area, this was the first I found to offer unlimited sushi. Service was good. My table stayed clean as I cleaned off plates. I also like that they do not bring large portions, which gives you the chance to try many different sushi rolls without waisting anything. The restaurant was a little smaller and stayed busy while I was there, but it had a decent atmosphere, though. Parking outside is tight, especially if you have a large truck. Also, I noticed a lady in an electric wheelchair that seemed to maneuver in and to her table with no trouble. Overall- food was decent; service was good; staff was friendly; place was clean. Parking: There is plenty of parking, but shared with many other places and pretty tight spots Kid-friendliness: It's definitely a family type atmosphere Wheelchair accessibility: Saw a large electric wheelchair maneuver with ease to their table.
I've been coming to this place now for some years and have always had a great experience coming here. They are quick to bringing out drinks to the table and don't hover as you are choosing your food. They are pretty quick about bringing your food selections to the table and good about making sure you have what you need. My only ''problem'' with place would be that it seems that every time I go here, they have yet again increased their prices for the food. Even since before prices started going up everywhere, they were already starting to go up.
Hands down best sushi I've ever had in my life! Also, don't let the name of the place mislead you, they also have some great hibachi too. Absolutely delicious!Food: 5/5
Love their all you can eat sushi. Not a buffet, you order off the menu.Recommended dishesRainbow Roll
Our daughters took my husband here for Father's Day. He grumbled because he want Indian cuisine. After the first set of fried tofu and sweet potato rolls he was all smiles, and making plans to bring his colleagues soon. Vegetarian options: Sweet potato rolls Avocado and asparagus roll Fried tofu At least 2 other veggie rolls
They fill their rolls with mostly rice and a sliver of poor quality cuts of fish. I had to take some rice out to make them a bit more appetizing & one of the servers shamed me & told me I couldn’t take out the rice from my sushi rolls!! Never have I ever been told on how I can eat my food. If they made the sushi how it’s supposed to be made with proportional rice and fish, I wouldn’t have to do that. Even though it is all you can eat, I didn’t even want to eat “all I can eat” because the food is just not enjoyable.
Food is excellent. I mean, you can't beat all you can eat sushi and other items for $15! Service is fast and friendly. Food is always fresh and hot. Atmosphere is busy, but that's the sign of a good restaurant. But it's clean and the bathrooms are always clean. You can tell they run a tight ship. Parking: Large parking lot. Never an issue parking. Kid-friendliness: Atmosphere is kid friendly. It's really just a matter of if your kids like that style of food.
All I wanted was some sushi and noodles so I ordered the yaki soba chicken and a snow crab roll. $20 all together the sushi is flavorless with barely any crab in it and the soba is the same with dry chicken. I'd rather ichiban, atami,or even oec rather than sushi villageFood: 2/5
It’s the racism for me. Not me being excited to get sushi and getting treated like trash. We were waiting FOREVER to be served but other customers were getting served immediately. And we won’t talk about getting IGNORED. When they weren’t ignoring us they were staring with their arms crossed. The Miso was watered down and the sushi was warm. I get better quality sushi from the HEB in my hometown. Wouldn’t recommend especially if you have any amount of melanin.
I enjoyed my dining experience. Great waitresses who provided excellent service, along with excellent tasting food.Food: 5/5
