I have never come to this hardware store and been able to complete a project. I end up having to drive somewhere else to get what I need. For example, today I needed a black extension cord, not blue, yellow, red etc. Nope no black 3 wire extension cords here. I went to see if it was on the reel in bulk, nope only yellow. Also, no prices on the bulk wire. I walked by at least 15 employees that never asked if I needed any thing. I end up driving to 3rd west for Lowes or Home Depot anyway. I might as well go over there first. This has happened on no less than 10 times in the last 5 years. It's always something in the project that they don't have.

Loved it. Needed help loading. They were right there. All help was done with a smile. You couldn't ask for better.

This is our preferred home improvement store. Everyone there is helpful and knowledgeable with a willingness to help you succeed with your projects. Small to large projects we know we can get great advice from employees such as Mike and the others who work there.

It's alright... Higher price's than other "hardware" stores and no military discount along with store hours are the negatives. But on the plus side... They have employees who are knowledgeable about what they sell and unique choices of products that you can't find anywhere else

My visit to Sutherland's was very pleasant. I found everything i needed & the people were friendly & very helpful.
