I saw "Dr." Moffitt for the first time for throat pain. This was about a year after a tonsillectomy and my pain was constant for about a month so I decided to see someone. There was obvious redness and it looked swollen. She didn't even test for strep or try antibiotics or anything. All she said was take tylenol for pain. I told her for the 2nd time since I already mentioned this to her that I have been taking tylenol and it didn't help. I asked if she could prescribe me something stronger and her words were " I'm not prescribing you anything for something I can't even see " in a very snarky tone. Apparently red and swollen is what a throat should look like. And pain isn't always visible of course so what kind of doctor says that? I told her there is pain and I was just seeing if you had something stronger I could try. Like 800 ibuprofen. She said " I can give you an anti inflammatory and that is all I'm giving you " it's like she thought I was trying to get Norcos or something. At this point I was really irritated with how rude she was talking to me. I said "that's fine" rudely and she said "any questions? No?" And without even letting me reply said "thank you" with a fake smile on her face and walked out the door while the nurse came in to explain the medication. I was so pissed and in shock of how rude this "doctor" was to me. I don't know what her problem was but I will never see this  FAT, RUDE b**** again!

I have used Dr. Blair as my primary physican now for over a year.  I have been in to see him a number of times.  I feel he is very professional and personable.  He will take the time to make sure all questions are answered before you leave, and make sure you recieve the best care possible (if that means referral to another physican).  The wait time can sometimes be a small problem, but like I said, he will take his time when your turn comes around!
