My last visit here was horrid. I sat for 5 hours for my son to be seen. The younger white female doctor said my son was fine and he clearly isn't. 2 days later I took my son to his primary care doctor and our doctor said he has a upper respiratory infection.  I'm upset that the doctor at the hospital was more focused on examining my tattoos than the health of my child.

I was in town for emergency visit at this hospital.  Thought all staff was GREAT!  Very patient, friendly, knowledgable, and helpful.  Not only did we meet the friendliest people at the hospital, but every where that we went in town!!! Tracy, Cali is awesome!

This place  has by far gone down hill. I have been here before an it was ok . This time not so much. I waited an hour an a half to be seen for severe back pain. There was a patient that went in with a toothache before me then they bring me back to a room with no sheets on the bed an was told just sit in the chair for a minute.  Then the guy comes with a towel an a sheet puts the sheet on the bed an says so your here for a rash? Ummm no im here for back pain. Oh ok tosses me a gown an says here put this on.like what the heck . Then the nurse practitioner walks up pulls the Curtin an says is this 11 hey is this 11 Oh ok. oh hi. She is here for 4 minutes walks out an says be right back. Still waiting an its been 20 mins . Like where is the professional people at because i haven't seen any here. As i sit here i can here the nurse talk about" that guy didn't even take me on a real date an why didnt you call me back. It's so loud an unprofessional.

My grandaughter samantha shepherd gave birth to my great grandaughter tegan there in the birthing and nursery section of Sutter. The Nurses were extremly efficiant and professional. The atmospher was warm and very freindly. Good food and plentiful. All the staff was very friendly and accomadating. lovely rooms with all the amentites.

I went in around 4 a.m. with nausea, vomiting, headache, cold sweats, fever, uncontrollable diarrhea, and an allergic reaction (Hives on my body and face)  The doctor walked in and said, "You just need some Benadryl" and walked out. There was literally no one there. Probably a total of 3 patients in the entire E.R. and he didn't even take the time to fully check what was going on with me. He just went back and continued flirting with the nurses. Straight up pathetic excuse for a Hospital. Just Pathetic.
