Thursday afternoon and not busy. And the Chile I had was warm not hot. Not sure if it was home made or not. The French fries were hot and tasty. Prices are reasonable.

Very nice little small town restaurant known for breakfast. My wife had steak and eggs and was really happy and said her hash browns were excellent and said the whole meal was the best she had had in years! I had the hot beef sandwich which was also very good. We will go again next time we are in Garrison.

This mom and pop restaurant has great food including homemade pie. The servings and service were superb. Will definitely be stopping here each time we pass through Garrison.

I've driven thru Garrison hundreds of times, but never stopped to eat here or even knew this gem was here! The place was empty when we arrived. The waitress was friendly, knowledgeable, and came to check on us at appropriate intervals. We both had the bacon cheeseburgers and fries. Try the place out! FYI: - the pop, you get 1 refill, for a medium size glass ($2.50), I thought that was kind of high, but the burgers were great, and I don't mind supporting a small business. - Burgers/fries were $9.95 each. -ample parking out front -Beautiful view from our seats -They don't take American Express. -They have a few stairs AND a ramp, to their restaurant. -they have ice cream, but we didn't have any. -I didn't read any reviews before eating here

Food is higher priced so I expected to get higher quality food. It's a larger portion, but nothing that other dinners don't offer. Both myself and person with me got omelets which come with hash browns and toast. Omelets we're both dry and overcooked but the hash browns we're undercooked and greasy. Only thing good was fast service and hot coffee with plenty of refills, but for $2 a cup I would expect that. Wouldn't come back.
