Amazing how one bad review can sit there online and hurt a business for a year, with no one else coming forward with another viewpoint. Know that Swan Cleaners are really good. Always on time, always courteous personal service from their one full time employee. They know their customers, and take good care of them. Prices are good too. Don't be fooled by their small shop or their not being in a fancy mall - tell them what you expect from your dry cleaner, and give them a chance to give you the level of service you deserve.

I have been using Swan cleaners as my primary cleaner for over 10 years and they have always provided great service and results. The one time they missed a stain on my pants they took it back and had the spot gone the next day. Great pricing and their staff is friendly as well.

First and last time I will go there. Dropped off all my shirts (25+) and not only were the majority wrinkled and not pressed properly, but they smashed most of my buttons. Even on shirts I've had for years with no issues!!! They said that they are not responsible for the buttons and its bc the manufactor put cheap buttons on the shirt. Really??? Lacoste? Calvin Klein? DO NOT GO HERE! Not to mention the turn around time is twice that of other local places! I asked for a manager and he claims there isn't one?
