Great course, in great shape even after rainfall. Only downfall was having to play behind a group of 7. Fully understand if it’s the last hole for a party. Nope that wasn’t the case, 6 holes behind them, never let us through. Talked to the manager after the round didn’t seem to care. Awesome never coming back here. Thanks tho !
Really enjoyed the course. It was maintained well, but the greens were firm and pretty fast compared to what I'm used to. The pins were also the closest to the edge of a green I've ever played at a public course. It does require some course management but adds to the fun. All of the staff we interacted was nice and helpful. Has a full driving range right next to clubhouse and first tee. Price was a tad high, but not enough to deter me from going back again for how enjoyable it was overall.
Beautiful course for the price. They maintain the course in excellent condition. Greens are fast and well maintained. Fairways are in really good shape. There's some amazing views in the back nine. A relatively narrow course that challenges you to keep it in the fairway.
It was the different between heaven and hell. I am no kidding. Shawneeki have very polite staffs working around the course to maintain top notch condition. Excellent green, fairways. Comparing I was playing Tuesday at Lakeridge GC which they did not care to pick up garbages around the course. It was a very unpleasant feeling. Green was shxtty and fairways looks like they never water it at all. Very disappointing. Same comments after I played today here and past Sunday at Lakeridge. Can't compare. Shawneeki far far better! Sept 25, 22 Raining but still in excellent shape, by far the best course compared to other public courses. The drainage system is excellent. Love it.
Been on the list for a while now.. finally got around to trying it. WOW. I was blown away. conditions were fantastic for a public track. Tee decks were in good shape. Fairways were fantastic greens were great. BUNKERS ARE UNREAL!! they got some really nice sand in there. The golf carts actually put out a good pace. Dog at the turn wasn't half bad. appreciated the toasted bun. Grass practice range just steps away from the first tee... I will absolutely be back what an awesome course. My only snag is I wish I checked it out sooner!!
My first time there to take a young visitor from overseas to a driving range. Staff were very accommodating. The practice putting area was immaculate and the driving range was off the grass. Lots of outdoor under the tent BBQ area as well as inside luncheon space which was pleasant not opulent. I can't speak for the fairways but the course looked interesting with the pond and trees, pretty of course in the setting sun.
Course is in very very good condition even it has been raining for the past few days. Greens are very fast and fairways being well maintained. Nice restaurant serves good food and staff is very pleasant. Despite the strong wind, a very joyful game today.
Played sept 8 2023, course was in the best shape I’ve ever seen. Just absolutely beautiful right now, the bunkers were soft and fluffy, and the greens were lightning fast and true. This was better or on par with some of the high end courses I’ve played, great job Shawneeki.
Challenging course with some course management required. The par 3 12th features a nice elevated tee deck. Green speeds not overly fast but decent. Course in great condition.
Very good condition. Will play again.
