Contacted them to do a small job near the end of April, was told they couldn't do it right away because of other obligations, fine, so I call back a week later, they say they can do an estimate on Tuesday which is five days later. Tuesday comes and I haven't heard from them so I call and they tell me they had gotten behind on a job that day. So, glutton for punishment that I am, I call them again the next week, they tell me they can come the next day and call me to tell me how much it will be and do the work right away. The next day which is a Friday passes without a call from them. Monday I call to see if they had gone to look and do the estimate and the job, but of course they had not.  Tuesday I try again and the owner calls me back, tells me he is going to go take a look, find some info and call me back. Wednesday morning I call because no one called me back, then closer to noon I call again. Finally owner calls back and seems a bit impatient with me that I expected a call back later in the day he said he was going to call me back not at some indeterminate time in the future, tells me how much it is going to be, I say yes, he says he will go the next day which is Wednesday. In the middle of the day on Wednesday I get a call from his receptionist asking that I confirm the estimate that she sent via email. The final straw for me, they sent the estimate to me and no one told me they were going to do that or that completing the work was contingent on my replying to this email, so despite my having verbally confirmed with the owner that he was going to do the work the next day it STILL wasn't done.  I started contacting them 4/27 and just gave up on 5/17. I couldn't keep doing the crazy dance with these people.
