I would put Atmosphere a 6 if I could because it is just so nice inside this place. I got the Yellow Curry. Ive eaten Thai food all around the world! This is definitely good food and I enjoyed it. This is one of the few times the Curry didnt have onions in it. I dont mind it either way, just be aware that it will only have potatoes and carrots in the curry. I also got the gyoza, pretty standard there. Came with eel sauce instead of the typical gyoza sauce which i actually perferred. I enjoy the thickness and sweetness of eel sauce. Pad Thai came with plenty of noodles but the flavor of the pad thai sauce just wasnt there. No crushed peanuts on the dish. I think its okay, could just use some "fine tuning."
The environment was very attractive. The food was exceptional. The menu bosted a wide variety of exquisitely authentic Thai cuisine. Very eminent.Food: 5/5
2019.01-17/1145: This restaurant is excellent. The staff here is great, too. Even the drivers are really nice. Their food is delicious. I can't get enough of the Papaya Salad, Pad See Ew, Pad Kee Mao and their Gyoza and the Gyoza dipping sauce. Do yourself a favor and order extra dipping sauce. You'll want to put that stuff on everything! I have yet to try anything else because I can't get over how delicious each entree I've ever had is. I've ordered delivery from work and from home, no matter - our food always arrives STEAMING hot and earlier thank expected. For a while I've had to ween myself off of them but I'm back again! Definitely a must try! Just thinking about this is making me want to order them again! If not, it's okay, I'll be ordering Tuesday, for sure!
I ordered the papaya salad medium spice, beef pad see ew, and 2 teas to go. The salad was quite tasty, but absurdly spicy even at medium level be warned! and the serving size was good. The pad see ew was very tasty, but the portion was SO small! You can see in the photo the takeout container was filled half way It was easily half the size of any other Thai restaurant out there. I was expecting a lot more food for a nearly $40 check. Editing to reply: I did not use a third party company delivery service. My bill came to $32.63 + tip, which amounts to over $35 aka: nearly $40 It’s great to know that everything is organic, but no one uses MSG anymore, so I feel like that’s just a basic standard. I would more than gladly have paid $15 instead of $11.95 for the Pad See Ew if that had meant a normal sized portion. I don’t appreciate whoever replied to me saying how I should or should not have written my review. It was accurate and truthful.
Food has made me sick. I think it was the chicken gyoza. The red curry didn’t taste right either and I ended up throwing most of it away. Good thing because I’m sick enough from the gyozaFood: 1/5
This food nasty no taste at all rice not cook enough I ordered seafoods spicy rice but I barely see Seafood on my order I make this order from north hills via uber eat I wait 45 minutes and got this nasty food not even close to thai food taste panda express better than this I just order first time today this place and it's going to be last time too
Chose to dine at Swan Exotic on a whim because the Thai Temple my girlfriend wanted to visit and dine at was closed due to ongoing renovations. Turned out to be one of the best decisions made for food! Haha. The atmosphere was cozy. The restaurant and restroom was neat and clean. The hostess and her hospitality was excellent! We were a traveling party of 11 and she graciously accommodated us all without issues. The food was delicious! Portions are generous compared to other Thai restaurants at home. Pricing is reasonable as well. All I can say is after spending an entire day bearing the humid air and scorching sun, ending the evening here to enjoy delicious food, ice cold drinks, wrapped up in the warm welcoming atmosphere, was one of the best moments of our trip. I definitely will be back if I'm ever in the area, and will be referring friends and family here too!
Customer service - personable, funny, attentive and great attitude. The best thing is that you’re able to eat great food with customer service that makes you smile. Food - 6/5 stars. It looks very professional, it tastes exquisite, and it’s fresh and mouth watering! Honestly, the food here makes me dream of the next time I’m gonna be there.. To the public, if you’re considering eating here - do it. It’s not like writing a movie review and telling you it was good. Take a bite and you’ll agree that this place is great.
Love the food here. My wife and I used to enjoy stopping in for Lunch on weekends b4 the pandemic. Look forward to going back. Only knock would be the beef quality and some apps are not up to par. If they could improve that, this would be a top notch place. But that said, everything else is delicious and always friendly service.
Food is terrible and the service horrible, the restaurant is empty all time, I went to ask for a popular plate on Thai restaurants, and one of the service person, told me that they don't have that plate, and with a very bad attitude was sending me to panda express.
