Swanson Law Firm greeted me and made me feel like a very important client.  They took the time to consider all my options.  Very professional and honest.  I highly recommend this firm

Called to ask a simple question regarding subject-to real estate transactions, and the possibility of this law firm facilitating the transaction, and I was quoted the hourly rate ($299.00) and told to schedule an appointment. They do not appear to be interested in developing relationships with real estate investors and agents, just out for that hourly rate... Beware!
